La neige est déjà de retour sur nos sommets ❄️,
Ça parle de montagne et de skis autour du comptoir de "Chez Marcel"... et ce week end a lieu le traditionnel "Freeride Film Festival" sur #Tarbes
C'est le signal, il va peut être falloir que je reparte m'entrainer sérieusement!
Fini l'été, fini le surf et les vacances 😅
#Ap'proche sport #Crossfit Brauhauban #ATP prépa physique, j'ai pris du retard dans la prépa avec l'ouverture du restaurant, les prochaines semaines vont piquer si je veux être prêt pour fin janvier et le retour en Coupe du Monde 😅🏋🏽🧘🏻♂️
Mais j'ai pris l'habitude, il y a à peine un an je repartais à 0 suit à une nouvelle opération des croisés.
